You will each undergo an individual reflection and target session with Kotryna. Will get to evaluate your performance, set clear targets and support plans to help you achieve it.

This year, we want to focus on internal referrals, enhancing our collaboration and communication within the practice.

Continuing Education

We are committed to your professional growth. Each month we will focus on two training topics. One CQC focused and another aimed at your personal development. Investing in our skills not only benefits us individually but also elevates the level of care we provide to our patients.

Educational Evening

This year, each practitioner will get to host an education evening aimed at educating others on their work, building relationships and enhancing the aspects to look out for to aid you with referrals.
