Lisa Fowler

Lisa joins our team to manage HR, training and our Community partnerships.

Lisa graduated from University College London with a BSc in Mathematics before moving into HR, working as an HR Business Partner in Investment Banks for several years, whilst also achieving an MSc in Human Resources Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

At Pond Square Dental, Lisa ensures our staff receive training and progression opportunities as well as managing staff wellbeing initiatives. This in turn ensures our patients have a positive experience from well trained and knowledgeable staff.

Through Lisa's passion for learning and knowledge sharing she has developed an inspiring and sought after children's oral health education programme. Lisa has developed partnerships with many local nurseries and schools to promote healthy teeth and gums and give children and their parents the confidence to maintain good oral health.

Lisa has also extended our community partnerships programme by offering career advice sessions to sixth form students interested in pursuing dentistry. She is also always working on future initiatives to support adults and children to engage with their oral health.

Outside of work Lisa spends her time with her little girl, and also enjoys candle making and experiencing different arts and crafts.
