Alejandro Nunez Bassols

Dr Alejandro Nuñez Bassols is a highly accomplished and dedicated clinician with extensive international experience in orthodontics. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, he obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the International University of Catalunya before completing a full-time MSc in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics. This programme is certified by the Network of Erasmus-Based European Orthodontic Programmes (NEBEOP), reflecting the highest standards of specialist training in Europe.

Dr Nuñez provides comprehensive orthodontic care to a wide range of patients, offering tailored treatment plans to suit individual needs. He is highly experienced in a variety of orthodontic systems and has managed numerous complex cases, including those involving orthognathic surgery and functional orthopaedic appliances.

His commitment to clinical excellence is demonstrated by his achievements, notably being awarded 3rd place for the best clear aligner clinical case at the II University Congress of Align Spain in 2023. He has also contributed to academic research, co-authoring an oral presentation at the 70th Congress of the Spanish Orthodontic Society (SEDO), one of the most prestigious orthodontic conferences in Europe.
